Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 8 garlic (El Ajero) crushed or chopped teeth
  • cilantro to taste, chopped
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • 2 yellow lemons (juice)
  • 2 sweet oranges (juice)
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 3/4 cups warm olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

1.  Prepare ingredients

2. Mix well all the ingredients.·

3. Put in container or glass jar with lid.

4. Keep it refrigerated.

5. It tastes better if it is left to rest for at least 2 days

 

Recommendations:

Leave at room temperature for 20 minutes before consuming.
