Today we tell you about Natural Garlic Paste to know it a little more and know its properties.



Garlic natural pasta is a semi-handmade and 100% natural production product. It has strict controls, which give our pasta Quality Certificates.

The ingredients it contains are: garlic and salt.

To make the paste, the first thing you need is the peeled garlic cloves.

To get to the peeled garlic from the garlic head that has been collected in the field you have to go through a process of classification, selection, shelling and peeling.

 Once you have selected teeth. They are introduced manually in a mincing machine that is the one that is responsible for crushing the garlic, and then dump them in a kneader where the salt is added and kneaded for a while until obtaining the paste texture.

Its shelf life is 1 year after the date of packaging, stored at a temperature of 0ºC and 5ºC. 2 years in freezing between -18ºC and 20ºC. And only 3 months if stored at room temperature. In either case it must be protected from light. It can be considered a long-lasting product.

It is packaged in plastic food pails in 2kg and 15kg format.



Being a product of 100% natural production, in food allergens we can say that it does not contain the following list of foods, nor bases, nor products derived from them:

Cereals containing gluten.

  • Egg.
  • Fish.
  • Peanuts.
  • Soy.
  • Milk.
  • Nuts.
  • Celery.
  • Mustard.
  • Sesame.
  • Lupins.
  • Mollusks.

Its color is cream white, typical of the product.

The smell and taste is 100% natural garlic.

The equivalence is one tablespoon of coffee with two small garlic cloves.
