INGREDIENTS
350 g of fresh mushrooms
40 – 50 g of Serrano ham
4 or 5 garlic cloves
3 – 4 tablespoons of olive oil
ELABORATION
We are going to wash the mushrooms to remove the soil, we can also leave themto soak in water with a little bit of vinegar. If necessary, we cut the final part of the stem. Once we have them clean, we cut them lengthwise into thin slices. On the other hand, we chop the garlic and cut the ham into small pieces.
We put a pan on the fire with the oil, when it is hot, we add the garlic and the ham and sauté them. Then we pour the mushrooms well drained.
We sauté the mushrooms and leave them with the pan covered and at minimum for about five minutes. During that time we remove them a couple of times until they are made.
TIPS
They can also be made without covering the pan.
