INGREDIENTS

200 g of bread loaf
4 eggs
10 g of paprika
100 g of garlic from Aceuchal (El Ajero)
50 g of ham

1 L of water

ELABORATION

Firstly, poach an egg and reserve. After that, peel the cloves of garlic and fry them with olive oil in a pan until they turn golden. Then, chop the ham and let sauté.

Add the bread in pieces and brown. Add paprika and water and boil briefly.

Finally, serve in a soup dish and decorate with the poached egg, some ham and bits of garlic.

TIPS

To add flavor to this soup, we can substitute water for chicken broth .
