Garlic and onion recipes to improve flu

INGREDIENTS

1 onion

1 head of garlic

3 sprigs of parsley

1 potato

2 bay leaves

1 tablespoon grated ginger

Half a spoonful of oregano

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 pinch of salt

 

PREPARATION

1 Cut the onion into strips and the garlic into thin slices.

2 Grate the potato and the ginger.

3 In a pot, pour three cups of wáter

4 Pour the ingredients into the pot and cook until everything is tender (about 25 minutes).

5 Turn off the heat and add the parsley and olive oil

6 Season with oregano and salt.
