INGREDIENTS
4 large potatoes
4 egg yolks
4 butter balls
Grated cheese
Garlic from Aceuchal (El Ajero) and chopped parsley
Oil
2 green pepers
ELABORATION
Firstly, boil the potatoes in water well cleaned but with the skin for half an hour.
Let them cool and we empty them very carefully so they do not break.
Then, we stuff them with a little butter, chopped garlic, an egg yolk and chopped parsley.
We sprinkle them with cheese and put them in the oven for 5 minutes at 140 degrees until they brown.
Finally to serve, we accompany them with a fry of garlic cut into slices and green peppers cut into rings.
TIPS
Add some coriander seeds when you serve them.
