INGREDIENTS
800 g of prawns
Olive or sunflower oil
6 – 8 large chopped garlic from Aceuchal (El Ajero)
A teaspoon of sweet pepper
Salt
ELABORATION
We put a generous amount of oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic, before they begin to brown add the shrimps, we put salt to taste and let them be made on both sides while we stir them.
When they are almost made, it will only be a few minutes, we add the teaspoon of paprika, mix well, we leave them a little more on the fire and remove.
